Eras (designer), Forest (chef), and I (photographer) are planning on making a food blog! We met up on a Friday to discuss our plans over a home-cooked lunch. We have exciting things in store for our upcoming site and until things have been finalized, I cannot reveal our main concept as of yet.
We (by we, I mean mostly Forest) made focaccia bread, sinigang fried chicken, and liver in onion gravy. He is currently a culinary student of DLSU-CSB and naturally, he is fond of experimenting with food. Eras and I, however, are still currently unemployed. Eras is still job hunting, while I am freelancing because I will be leaving for the States in August and will be there until around November so I can’t hold a full-time job just yet.
